 Story of Hare and Tortoise

Once upon a time, there was a hare and a tortoise who were good friends. One day, the hare thought he could easily beat the tortoise in a race. The hare boasted about how fast he could run, and the tortoise laughed and said that even though he was slow, he was sure he could still win the race.

The two animals agreed to have a race and when the day of the race came, they both lined up at the starting line. As soon as the race began, the hare sped off and quickly began to get far ahead of the tortoise.

The hare was so confident that he had already won that he decided to take a break and have a nap. Unbeknownst to the hare, the tortoise kept on slowly but steadily moving forward. While the hare was sleeping, the tortoise slowly but steadily passed the hare and eventually crossed the finish line.

The moral of this story is that slow and steady wins the race. Even though the hare was faster, the tortoise was more determined and did not give up. The tortoise's determination and perseverance eventually allowed him to win the race.
