Sometimes when we try to apply for PAN card  in proper way, it says PAN card is already issued for the Aadhaar you quoted in the application form. 

Why this happened for a person?

 There are two ways in applying for PAN card.

1. Applying in a proper way - slow process 

2. Instant PAN - can be obtained in 5 minutes 

Now we can understand the problem.

What is the problem?

Years before, the person may tried to create PAN card through instant method. Without completing the process completely he or she might quit that process. Otherwise the process may completed successfully. But the particular person failed to download the PAN card.

How to solve it?

Only solution for this the person must enter the instant PAN card creating page and tried to regenerate the card.
